All of our soups are made small-batch, and are shipped frozen to ensure ultimate freshness. Our soups are shipped in sustainable sous-vide packaging. Sous-vide is the perfect cooking method to reheat our chowders. You can either refridgerate for up to 7 days or freeze immediately for up to 6 months.

Each 16 oz chowder cleans and filters approximately 10,000 gallons of water.

Our sous vide pouches are BPA free and take 66% less energy to produce than one 16oz glass jar. Additionally, the heating of the sous vide bag using water is more efficient than traditional warming methods.
